To answer this question one needs to calculate first what this would mean in real money … ok, just kidding and no jokes on the financial crisis here … but just for the records today this would mean 762,718€ ;).
If I could spend this totally free, so no need to yield to reason like keeping money for bad times or buying a house in a few years … then probably the iPhone would be an excellent way to spend the money. Only problem then would be the needed contract that will be more expensive in the end than the given 763€.
Ok, what then, I am definitly in need of an external hard disk to finally take "Time Machine" into use on my Mac, so that would be a good choice and as external hard drives are not too expensive nowadays there would be even some money left to do something reasonable with then :-).

Driving on the wrong side of the street is anyway quite an adventure, but now consider you need to turn to the right (in the wide turning cycle as you're driving on the wrong side of the road, you remember) and now you see a sign telling you "Right turn from left only" and you start scratching your head and then in addition you see the tramline passing you on the right hand side then … that is really an adventure … ok, that was not really the coolest thing, but definitly one that burned deep into my mind and whenever I am now in some unclear traffic situation I am calling that a "Hook Turn" :) … anyway Australia as a whole was fantastic, it has really a great landscape with lots of different places to visit and also Sidney was a great city to visit … so as a whole that was the coolest country I have seen so far :).

First work experience was with a small web company. It was lasting roughly one and a half year and using Java/Servlets/JDBC back then was really state-of-the-art (this is more than 10 years ago). It ended when the company went bankrupt, well, bad luck in one way, but I found a great new job on the other hand.
